LEGO® Games is looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join its Metaverse Experiences Team!

Core Responsibilities

  • Build clear marketing vision and strategy for LEGO® Metaverse Experiences.
  • Drive and facilitate cross functional collaboration across Production, Operations, and other Marketing and Product teams within the LEGO Group.
  • Design global marketing Goals and important metrics for all products and GTM initiatives.
  • Develop deep understanding of the LEGO Group core business, including product portfolio and coordinate global marketing efforts to drive alignment with core business goals.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics team to analyze GTM performance and apply findings to inform future marketing campaigns for constant performance improvement.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 10+ years of B2C marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of leading multimillion-dollar global marketing communication campaigns for digital experiences.
  • Excellent strategic and leadership skills, but willing to get your hands dirty.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and passion to collaborate.
  • Highly analytical, flexible, action and results oriented.
  • Growth mindset with passion for creative problem solving and innovation.
